Terms of Service

The rules for using the hosted PlanGlade service and, when available, purchasing a paid subscription.

Effective and last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of the hosted PlanGlade website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). PlanGlade (“PlanGlade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Service under the PlanGlade brand. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and the Service

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in method, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@planglade.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

PlanGlade provides tools for organizing tasks, projects, notes, schedules, and their connections. Features and plan availability may change as the Service develops. Any material limits presented during signup or checkout form part of your purchase decision.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to PlanGlade. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights needed to use it. PlanGlade includes an export feature; keep your own copies of content you cannot afford to lose.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, send abusive or deceptive material, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with other users, or overload the Service through unreasonable automated access.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties, or to comply with law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

5. Paid subscriptions and Paddle

When paid plans are available, the price, billing interval, included features, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment-related customer service and handles returns. Your transaction is also governed by the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.

You can manage an active subscription through the billing link in your receipt or the billing area of the Service. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Third-party services and open source

The Service relies on third-party providers, including authentication, hosting, storage, and billing providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable.

The public PlanGlade source-code repository is offered separately under its stated open-source license. That license governs your use of the source code; these Terms govern the hosted Service.

7. Service changes and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can cancel a paid subscription before renewal and can contact us to request account or personal-data deletion. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service, but we will take reasonable steps to avoid materially disrupting an active paid term without notice.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, warranty limitations, and liability limitations—will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, PlanGlade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the hosted Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@planglade.com. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
